The survey was conducted to study beverage using habits of U. S. families and to determine what changes have taken place in the consumption, preference and use of wine since a previous survey in 1946 and since the industry program began in 1938. Investigators made personal interviews in 4099 homes using the questionnaire included at the end of this volume..

23" by 25"; printed in black on white paper stock, folded thrice. Ex - Burbank Public Library with their stamp and numbered sticker on back corner. Also a typed two paragraph note attached to the back with two pieces of clear tape: "Since this map was published, an agreement between the National Park Service and the Navajo Tribe has resulted in all non-Navajos being prohibited to enter the canyons unless accompanied by a ranger. . . Please also keep in mind that disturbing ruins in any way or collecting any artifacts . . . is punishable by up to $500 fine and/or six months in jail in Federal Prison . . ." Map is clean with only the fold lines and no tears.
