Newsletter: 11 pp., stapled sheets folded to 11.25" x 8.75"; printed on coated paper stock; drawings, cartoons, black & white photographs; reproductions; ads. Back cover is a clip & mail petition to extend Post Street through Laurel Hill Cemetary. Staples a bit rusty with offset to pages at staple spots; corners creased; back cover with a stain at top corner near spine and tanning at extremites.

A well crafted and wonderfully entertaining little newsletter, full of San Francisco & Russian Hill culture, history & lore, from tidbits to features. In this issue: Art Goes Democratic . . . Thanks to W.P.A.; It's Murder! Moderns Threaten Slaughter of Frisco's Best Legend, by Dick Chase, on the effort to save the cable cars and it's lack of support from some quarters..
