1 Randall, editor. Attack. A Magazine for High Spirited Individuals. Two issues: August, Vol. 2, 1988 and Winter 1988.
[San Francisco]: Attack Publishing Company, 1988. Moderate soil to August issue. Both foxed at foredges. Overall very good or better condition. 
Illustrated, stapled wrappers; 11" x 8.5"; articles, essays, interviews, music scene features, poetry; drawings, collage illus., b&w photographic reproductions; ads for local businesses, etc.

Editorial states: "Our staff here at Attack Magazine and the featured artists and musicians, are drug and alcohol free. We have cleaned up our lives and have faith in a higher power today. We are ready to attack this scene with a powerful force that you will feel as you read through the pages of this magazine." Vol. 2 includes interview with musical group, Spirit Children of Texas, with a double page photographic spread. Original handbill for their show at Nightbreak, on Haight Street, Jan. 1988 is laid in. Winter issue includes The Renaissance Manifesto of the 509 Cultural Center, and an interview with Joe Perry of Aerosmith reprinted from a Recovery Magazine, as well as an interview and double page photo spread featuring the band Amorphous Head..
