72 page alphabetical index, ads; 12mo; brown cloth lettered in gilt, decoratively stamped in black; bound with linen backed folding color map [25" x 36.5"], complete with affixed tape for measuring. Cover with light wear at corners; front joint with closed splits, 1.5" inch at top and .5 " in the middle, sitll holding firm. Ownership name bottom edge verso of title page to index, Dr. Y. Sasaki, with his name also stamped top margin of the first page of the index, as well as written in pencil on the linen back of folded map opposite the bact of index. One brown ink spot on that front linen back with no bleed through to map. Map is crisp, clean shape.
