Not stamps or marks on engraved half-title or plates. 2 vols.; both iv, 176 pp.; 4to; olive green cloth lettered and decorated in gilt and black; all edges gilt.; illustrations throughout; maps. Moderate rubbing to beviled edges & corner tips. Aside from faint white library call numbers on lower spine, very bright covers, text & plates overall very clean with only some light foxing noted at page corners of double page illustration of the Southwark and London bridge.
